The Petit Palais has opened the first large-scale retrospective of iconic French fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent's work, who died in 2008 at the age of 71.  Curated in close cooperation with Pierre Berge, YSL's longtime partner in life as well as in business, the exhibit highlights 300 timeless and astounding creations from YSL.  In homage to the late French couturier we looked back to his orginal designs and paired them with items that you can buy today to sport such elegance.  What to wear this spring?  Yves Saint Laurent, but of course.
