God Save the Queen!

It all started when our  veddy, veddy British friend, John Glaister came for dinner.  John is an aficionado of clever tricks and pranks and never misses an opportunity to amaze and amuse his friends.  He brought along a special guest, this charming Queenie, to take her place at the head of the table, and we were totally smitten by her solar-powered hand waving.

Yes, we love the Queen, and we will be watching every minute of the pomp and circumstance of the glorious festivities, televised live from London across NBCCBSABCCNN, and BBC America. All five stations will provide coverage – both online and on-air – from Saturday through Tuesday. See here for specific coverage details.  You can even catch the action on-the-go with CNN’s Mobile App.  For a full run-down of the Diamond Jubilee’s festivities – both in London and the US – check out The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee!
